It is my privilege to be able to share our incredible experience with Mr. Ken Wong as our general
contractor. Ken took on our project and we were impressed with his professionalism right from the
beginning. He provided an accurate estimate of the cost of the project and stuck to it. He worked
tirelessly to achieve all our timelines for permits and inspections. He was genuinely concerned about
our project and worked quickly and diligently to ensure our completion date would be met. Given our
tight schedule, we were stressed, demanding and probably a bit difficult to deal with. Ken was however
a delight to work with and respected our need to be updated daily – sometimes 10times a day and at
2am in the morning. Ken was probably sorry he took this project on, but we are sure happy he did. I
would not hesitate to recommend Ken to anyone who is on a tight budget, tight deadline and a control
freak. Two thumbs way up!
